Move 2 Lose = P

Sharing is caring!

Hello Everyone

Can I have a “P” please Bob….who remembers Blockbusters a TV quiz game in the 80’s.
Please Please tell me now, hit by Duran Duran released in 1981.
Mind your P’s & Q’s – Mind your Ps and Qs is an English language expression meaning “mind your manners”, “mind your language”, “be on your best behaviour” Q next week!
No my P is not for Pandemic.
What is the definition of a pandemic?
A pandemic is defined as “an epidemic occurring worldwide, or over a very wide area, crossing international boundaries and usually affecting a large number of people”.
If anyone is in any doubt we ARE still in a pandemic and we must still be careful.

Pizza Pineapple, Pastry, Pears, Pasta, Potatoes, Prunes, Peaches, Pickles

Positively easy to choose foods with the letter P – Prosecco anyone?
Social distance Pizza’s in our garden for my birthday. I would like to recommend Dough & Go Pizza house (where the Lemon Tree used to be) lovely Pizza’s and a good price, well it was my birthday.
Should a Pizza have pineapple on it?
In Italy, the concept of putting pineapple on a pizza is unheard of. Try ordering a Hawaiian pizza and you’ll be greeted with a look of sheer horror by a flabbergasted waiter.
Now if you gave me the choice of chocolate or pastry I am a pastry girl and love sausage rolls and most pies but not pork pies.
Pears, prunes and peaches, yes please to all of these.
Prunes are often used as a natural laxative — and for good reason. Not only do they contain 2 grams of fiber per 1-ounce (28-gram) serving, but they’re also a good source of sorbitol. Pears are another fruit rich in fiber, with about 5.5 grams of fiber in a medium-sized fruit (about 178 grams). … Pears also contain the sugar alcohol sorbitol. Like fructose, sorbitol is not well absorbed in the body and acts as a natural laxative by bringing water into the intestines.
Pickles, Fermented vegetables such as sauerkraut or pickled red onions contain high amounts of good probiotics and digestive enzymes. Maintaining a healthy gut flora can aid your digestion and overall energy levels.

About Time!
Properly
The announcement this week that tattoo bars, beauticians, swimming pools and gyms was fantastic news.
Did I get excited, well maybe just a little. No I do not want a tattoo, yes I can swim but only in a warm bath, yes I like to go to the beauticians but I’m not feeling very beautiful at the moment and no I am not a member of a gym.
I have said all along that I am not seen as a gym and my Govt guide lines will come under indoor activities in community centres and village halls.
My P is for Properly, Practical and Professionally.
I will not be able to open my classes until I am given the proper information. Then I will put on my professional head and put systems into place to open up safely.
For now please keep in touch, join me again this week on Tuesday morning and evening for a Zoom get together.
Julie
