I had to improve my health
Having been told I was pre-diabetic and very close to becoming diabetic and needing medication, I made a conscious decision to exercise regularly at Move to Lose classes and follow a Low Blood Sugar diet. I simply had to improve my health and wanted to avoid medication. Julie’s classes are as challenging as you want them to be and are enormous fun – certainly not a chore and something to look forward to. I am pleased to say that this very week I have been tested by the Diabetic Nurse and told that my blood sugar levels have decreased so much that I am now just into the ‘ Normal’ range and no longer pre-diabetic. Thank you Julie for helping me on my journey to good health.
