Reset button

Hello Everyone
I hope you are having a lovely Bank holiday weekend, out goes April and in comes May.
For us @ Move 2 Lose it’s time to press the “reset” button.

What does that mean – I will try and make this as easy as I can.

From Tuesday 3rd May all classes will now be held at Shrub End Hall.
Do you still have to book on-line = NO, if you are more comfortable to just turn up then please do, if class numbers get out of our now “comfort zone” I will of course review all
my decisions. If you still want to book a class and pay on line then this option will still be in place.
Can you do more than one class a week = YES, join silver £33 for 8 classes or gold £43 for as many classes as you can attend in a calendar month. Payment made via bacs to Julie’s business account or cash/cheque in class. There is a cash point machine on the wall at the petrol station next to shrub end hall if you need cash.
Can you control your own payments, are you tied into a payment scheme = YES and No, YES you can control your own class payments/bank details as I do not have any ownership on standing orders or direct debits.
NO you are not tied into one payment scheme you can change between paying for individual classes or swapping from silver and gold.

Class lay-out

I will be moving the pop up shops closer to the stage therefore as you walk in please sign yourself in on the Month 2 Month register if you are a silver or gold member.
If you pay cash for your classes and do not book and pay on line please put your class fee in the cash box and write your name on the register. I will not be having a cashier in class, but I will be close by for any queries.
I will be re-introducing the notice board for class information, events that you may be organising or items for sale/wanted. There will be a monthly view on class formats as I plan to have a stretching class every now and again on a Tuesday morning, possibly once a month.

Highwoods Tuesday last class – Shrub End Tuesday first class

What a lovely way to say goodbye.
Each class member was invited to teach a few moves to the rest of the group and most embraced the challenge.
For me it was lovely to take part and not talk, and to watch others have a go at what I have learnt to take for granted. Left, right, right, left, which foot, which way, how many times?
Seriously thank you to everyone that took part, for the laughter the cards and beautiful flowers.
Wednesday 11th May & Sunday 29th May – Fund raising for EHAA
Many of you would know that Lindsay and her husband Peter have been raising funds for Essex and Herts Air Ambulance for many years. (our barn dances to name a few events) In May they are opening up their beautiful garden to hold an afternoon tea and cake event.
Wednesday 11th and Sunday 29th 2-5pm for the price of £5, each why not join them for a walk round the garden, tea/coffee and cake:
Street Farmhouse
269 London Road, Stanway
Colchester CO3 8LT
Just past the turning for Toby Carvery -white house on the other side of the road, I will not say left and right because mine are the wrong way round.
Many of you have been to Lindsay’s house before and I can honestly say she has a lovely house and garden so please do not be shy…go… contact Lindsay on 01206 211607 for more details and to save a slice of cake.
Julie
