Y Move 2 Lose

Hello Everyone
Why oh Y oh Y oh WHY
A mini heat wave this week will be just ” yehhhh lovely”

My Y this week is for YES or NO?

“Ok the BOSS is speaking. Sundays newsletter is Y. I want you to be honest, with the R number going up and more concerns for the next few weeks with school and uni returning please send me a YES or NO (nothing else – no reasons) are you ready to return to class in the next few weeks?”
The response was YES YES YES all the way with a few obviously airing on caution.
I am planning on opening classes in the next couple of weeks as the 6 group restriction does not apply to aerobic classes with a qualified instructor.
Both Highwood’s and Shrub End have been very helpful but they also have there concerns and Govt Guidelines to follow.

There are going to be many rules and conditions put into place! more details on these to follow, for now a few points:

There is NO PC membership – if you have kept your PC in place I thank you from the bottom of my heart but moving forward if you keep it in place you will only be able to attend ONE class a week, so again can I ask that you rethink and maybe cancel now.
ALL classes will have to be booked and I am trying to make this as simple as I can, but of course there is a cost to my business to put this in place.
ALL classes will have limited numbers so therefore the class fee will have to change to make this viable for my business to run.
Not so many classes I will not be running the same classes as before or maybe not on the same days. I am not able to run back to back classes due to cleaning the hall and I have said all along that my family now come first so please don’t moan at me when you see the changes.
Lastly for now, at no time will I run my business if there is a danger to myself my family and of course YOU. I will pull the plug on it at anytime If I am instructed to (govt guidelines) or class members do not apply to social distancing and the rules I put in place.

Yoga

The word ‘Yoga’ is derived from the Sanskrit root ‘Yuj’, meaning ‘to join’ or ‘to yoke’ or ‘to unite’. As per Yogic scriptures the practice of Yoga leads to the union of individual consciousness with that of the Universal Consciousness, indicating a perfect harmony between the mind and body, Man & Nature.

Yogurt – Yeast – Yolk – Yorkshire Puddings – Yogi Bear – Yogi Tea

Yogurt, also spelled yoghurt, yogourt or yoghourt, is a food produced by bacterial fermentation of milk.Yogurt is the perfect immune system booster. The lactic acid bacteria in yogurt have important effects in preventing cancer, infections, gastrointestinal diseases and asthma.
Yeast
Yeast is a single-cell organism, called Saccharomyces cerevisiae, which needs food, warmth, and moisture to thrive. It converts its food—sugar and starch—through fermentation, into carbon dioxide and alcohol. It’s the carbon dioxide that makes baked goods rise.
Yorkshire pudding is a common English side dish, a baked pudding made from a batter of eggs, flour, and milk or water. It is a versatile food that can be served in numerous ways depending on the choice of ingredients, the size of the pudding, and the accompanying components of the dish.
I remember as a little girl having dinner at my neighbours house and they used to serve the yorkshire pudding before the main meal. A Sunday roast is not a roast without a Yorkshire Pudding.
And then there is Toad in the Hole, yum yum.
Yogie Bear and Yogi Tea
Yogie Bear made his debut in 1958.
Yogi DeTox tea combines time-honored cleansing herbs Burdock and Dandelion with Juniper Berry and an Ayurvedic blend called “trikatu” (Ginger, Black Pepper, and Long Pepper); traditionally used to support digestion and circulation.
It looks like my email’s will reach Z but lets hope after that we can have some normality, although I have no idea what I will write about then!
There will be many emails over the next couple of weeks leading up to classes re- opening, or you can join the Move 2 Lose Whats App group, text me on: 07990975855
