  1. A brilliant way to forget all the rubbish going on in my life . So busy keeping up with the routine and enjoying the music there’s no room for anything else. Best therapy ever .
  2. We go from running around to singing our hearts out to gentle body conditioning Making lifelong friends and buying bargains. Collecting for our favourite charities. Learning more about our bodies and nutrition with loads of healthy recipes and tips. Many of us members have been with Julies classes for decades and long may they continue.
  3.  Started back in 2009 meeting Julie at a weekend in Norwich of exercise and fun.. Never looked back nearly 10 years on.. I’ve appreciated all that Julie offers not only great classes with fab music but the nutrition values and the support we all sometimes need.. Plus the bonus of meeting fabulous light minded people who have become great friends J J F offers you the lot.. Xx
