Move 2 Lose Fitness Pilates
This week on This Morning Dr Hillary Jones was talking about the benefit of stretching, Yoga and Pilates.
Here is your gentle reminder that I have two Fitness Pilates classes running each week:
Monday evening at Shrub End Hall – 7.30 – 8.30pm
Wednesday lunch time at Shrub End Hall – 11.15am – 12.15pm
Mondays class is a drop in class but I would prefer that you book a place for Wednesdays class or ask on the day for a space.
Please note there is a charge for PC members as Fitness Pilates is not included in the monthly PC fee.
