Move 2 Lose Fitness Pilates

This week on This Morning Dr Hillary Jones was talking about the benefit of stretching, Yoga and Pilates.
Here is your gentle reminder that I have two Fitness Pilates classes running each week:
Monday evening at Shrub End Hall – 7.30 – 8.30pm
Wednesday lunch time at Shrub End Hall – 11.15am – 12.15pm
Mondays class is a drop in class but I would prefer that you book a place for Wednesdays class or ask on the day for a space.
Please note there is a charge for PC members as Fitness Pilates is not included in the monthly PC fee.

Participating in a regular stretching program not only helps increase your flexibility, but it can also calm your mind. Practitioners say regular Pilates can improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension
