Remember those we lost
On this remembrance Sunday may we take a moment to think of others. The remembrance poppy is an artificial flower that has been used since 1921 to commemorate military personnel who have died in war, and represents a common or field poppy.

Christmas – fail to plan – plan to fail
Many food and drink items can be bought now or in the next few weeks, the problem being you must not be tempted to consume them before they are needed.
We all eat and drink too much, you might not think you do but it’s just another day. Please please do not be tempted to buy more than you need.
Just make sure you have enough toilet rolls and washing up liquid in the house, two things you do not want to run out of!
Julie – on her way back from Holland, oh no that means I have been eating cheese!
