What’s You favourite snack?
A snack is a small portion of food and generally eaten between meals. Snacks come in a variety of forms including packaged snack foods but are very often crisps, chocolate, biscuits and bread being high on the list. Items made from fresh ingredients at home, carrot sticks, celery, fruit and yogurts being the favourite. … Snack foods are typically designed to be portable, quick, and satisfying. Do you snack? do you over snack? can you say no? can you portion control?
When is a snack not a snack but a meal?
