Body Conditioning or Condition of your body?
Now there’s a statement what condition is your body in?
Carrying a few extra pounds? Not looking after your skin with moisturising cream or drinking enough water?

Dad’s Turn, let me introduce you to my dad – Graham
YES I am a daddies girl, not only is he the head of my amazing family he is there for me through think and thin, or is it fat and thin!
He encouraged me to work hard as a teenager and to learn as much as I could from life, I was always saying “can I do that dad” although as I get older he now tells me to slow down!
He is loving being a GG Great Grandad and now has 4 girls to watch over. He loves the garden and playing golf and if you could see his lawn you would think it was a golf course the grass is so green, no weeds and mowed all the time even this time of year! Most of my business decisions are run by him first. He is very much like me, or am I like him? not only in height but sense of humour. Dad is the joker in our family so watch out he may just catch you in the car park at class when he picks up mum with his
“man from the council story”
