Last Minute phone call
It’s 4 oclock Saturday afternoon and I have had a lovely time with my daughter and granddaughter, I’m feeling good that it is Sunday the next day and NO exercise !!! Then the phone rings and I am asked to help out at the Castle Park with the warm up for the Doughnut Run.
Ha ha says Tony and OK says Julie, so off we pop to the park and a great time was had by all, funny hanging up my banner next to the DOUGHNUT sign. DID I have a doughnut? I could lie and say “no” or I could be honest and say “of course”, what do you think I said…….tell me tomorrow.
Back to School…. Back to YOU.
Last week was the time for the children to go back to school and it effects us all in different ways. Expense of new clothing, books, bags, shoes etc, or just more cars on the roads! ITS now time for you. Get yourself back on track, weigh in on a regular basis even if it’s once a fortnight. Attend more classes, join PC £28 a month for as many classes you can attend in a calendar month OR just come back…..
Some one mentioned the word Christmas in class on Tuesday and after Julie pulled a face and said OH NO. Well maybe we should embrace the next couple of months and get ourselves focused.

Hello from Janet
I received a lovely card this week from Janet. She has asked me to say a huge thank you for the collection and good wishes for her move “up north”. Janet has bought a large container for her garden to plant a rose that she moved with her, she also bought some new household items. With all the up upheaval of moving she is happy but “knackered”…… we miss you Janet. xx
