Your Sunday news & updates
With mum and dad celebrating dads 80th birthday this year on a mini cruise (that’s a ship not a car ride), granddad Tony was left in charge of Lula.
It was lovely that he brought her along to both Shrub end on Friday and Highwood’s on Monday to meet you all in class.
This is our lovely Sharon Swans charity, please support if you can.
Saturday 15th June between 11am and 1pm at Butterfly Blue Day nursery in Colchester is their annual Summer Fete. There will be a variety of stalls including a raffle, ice creams, face painting etc. We will be there promoting the fab work of the Children’s Cancer and Leukaemia Group and raising awareness of LCH and money for Izzy’s fund. For further details or to book a stall, please contact the nursery on 01206 764191

Fitness Pilates class on a Wednesday morning from next week.
We have just started another 4 week Fitness Pilates course and with the summer months coming up I have decided to change the structure of this class. From next Wednesday 12th June, each week you will be notified if there are any spaces available and you may put your name down for a class that you can attend. The classes are on a Wednesday from 11.15 – 12.15, this is straight after the morning aerobic class.
The numbers will still be limited so please email or speak to me in class for dates that you may wish to attend. The cost is £7 per class, including PC members. This will be the case from now until September, giving those that have the school holidays off the chance to attend a day time Fitness Pilates class.
There are spaces available for this Wednesday so if you are interested please contact Julie. on 01206 548049 or 07990975855
Cashiers
I would like to say thank you to my helpers Debbie and Christine for helping to set up/pack away after class.
Cashiers Corinne and Julie in the evenings, Sylvia on a Monday morning and Nawal on Tuesdays and Fridays. Nawal is learning just how hard the English language can be when Jim is the same sound as Gym and Phillips does not start with an F ….lol
and my wonderful mum on a Wednesday, as she is now on “granny duty” some days you do not see so much of her, but rest assured looking after Lula can be just as hard as one of my classes.
But watch out girls as Lula is showing potential for the next cashier !
