Change the size of your plate, save calories.

Just by changing the size of your plate could change the shape of you!

Are you over eating? do you portion control?

Are you a woman eating man size portions, YES men can eat more than us girls.

Move 2 Lose, so move that huge plate to the back of the cupboard and change it for a smaller size.

Do you want to be smaller? then eat smaller portions, be sensible with what you put on your plate, bulk up on fresh salads and garden vegetables.

Never say “I am hungry” grab a small fresh/healthy snack and remember smaller plates, smaller portions.
