Hello everyone and I am so happy to be back in touch with you all. Easter school holidays are upon us and I was very pleased that Kate brought along her son and daughter to class on Wednesday and that they both enjoyed the class. It is very important at what ever age that exercise plays an important part in our lives.
If you have not been to class for a while, please do not be shy my door is always open for your return. No questions asked, no back payments just a warm welcome.
Barn Dance
Quick reminder the Barn Dance is this Friday, 13th. There are a few tickets left , please speak to Julie. Raffle ticket are on sale in class this week. I have given a FREE month of classes so what have you got to lose….just a £1.
Problems with emails
Technology is really not my thing, but good job Louise (she whoop whoops on a Saturday morning) is and hopefully with her help you are now all receiving my newsletters in your “in” box.
I am fed up of the words, junk, trash and spam.
Does anyone actually eat spam and what is it made of? the word on it’s own is enough for me.
Life boat 5p jars
Please pick up your little jar and fill with 5 pence pieces and then return back to class.
Why not take it into work, use it as a SWEAR pot or a “naughty” jar.
A huge thank you to all that have already filled a jar, but let’s keep going.

Body Conditioining – This Thursday at Highwoods Hall 6.30 – 7.15
Body Conditioning Class
Many of you have asked for more BC classes so I propose to change a class every now and again over all the classes to include BC,
notice will be given for those not wishing to attend.
Thursday 12th April @ Highwoods 6.30 – 7.15
Please bring a mat if you have one (julie will have a few with her) a small towel and a bottle of water.
Please note: this class on this night will not be an aerobic class but a
Body Conditioning class involving stretching both standing and on the floor.
