I was very pleased to welcome a member back to class after reading my Sunday newsletters for over 10 years, she also brought new members along to try Move 2 Lose. Welcome to all the new ladies that have joined us this week. If you are reading this thinking ” I really should go back” but then think “what will Julie say” we all know what the answer is…….my door is always open for your return, no questions asked, no re-join fee.
What are you waiting for, spring is on it’s way and soon we will be changing the clocks and changing our wardrobe, so now is the time for you to make some changes……….see you soon.

Midnight Walk = Saturday 11th May
I now have paper entry forms for those that would like to sign up for the St Helena Hospice Midnight walk on Saturday 11th May.
The theme this year is Hawaiian, um grass skirts and flowers spring to mind.
The early bird offer is only £10 per person, you can walk 4.5 miles or 9 miles and as with every other year Corinne will walk the 4.5 and myself the 9 and we have a little competition as to who can have the team with the most walking, so come on ladies/gents and children aged 11+ , never walked the midnight walk before? it’s great fun, go on sign up or pick up a form from Julie.
Notice Board in class – what’s happening this week in class
Please make sure your read the notice board in class.
Tuesday 12th
Body Conditioning at Shrub End Hall arrive after 9.30 class starts at 10-11am
It was brought to my attention that the last week of March is when I have to close classes to attend Tony’s sisters wedding in London and I had changed Wednesdays class to a Body Conditioning class, as some of you quite rightly pointed out this is not suitable for everyone therefore Wednesday 27th March will be a normal aerobic class.
If you see any business cards pinned to the board they are for you to take away.
Today has been wet, windy, hail stones, sun and cloud, but then it is”mad March”
See you next week
Julie
