It’s a bit like reading Snow White and the seven dwarfs: Grumpy, Moody, Tired, Weight gain, Hot Flushes, Insomnia, Anxiety.
And that’s just a few symptoms, which one are you?
It was great to see BB1 news in the morning covering the menopause everyday last week, it’s ironic that it’s called the MEN opause, they covered that some men are very supportive and understanding whilst others see it as a headache and not a medical condition, menopause was also covered in the workplace.
Night time is like doing the Okey Dokey you put your right leg out the duvet and then the left, then get them back in again because your freezing!
HRT or no HRT? – YES for me.
The message was to talk about it, don’t be embarrassed, it is a medical condition, we all suffer and cope in different ways.
EXERCISE was one of the options to help with symptoms, we can all tick that box.
Music
This week in class I have dug deep into my cd suitcase and found some old cd’s that I have not played for a long time, we had:
The spice girls, which one are you?
One way ticket, where would you go?
My way, or did you do it your way?
Adele, Hello can you hear me – always!
Carpenters, “who” said the youngsters!
I know that some of the music I play may not suit your taste but with a wide variety of ages it can sometimes be difficult to make choices on what to play.
Bags and aprons
I knew you would love them and so many have been sold this week – thank you.
The spare material has been passed onto our lovely Liz who has offered (with a little ask from me) to make more items for us, possibly peg bags and more aprons. I have seen Liz’s sewing before so watch this space for further wonderful products.
All classes as normal apart from:
Thursday Highwood’s CLOSED for voting, I know, we are all fed up with the situation but if you don’t vote what would the suffragette’s have said?
The next FP course will be held on:
Wednesday 5th, 12th,19th and 26th June
Have a lovely day, Julie.
