Hello Everyone, exciting news Move 2 Lose goes on-line.

Home schooling, that’s just how I have felt this week. My new saying is “every day is a school day”.
I have learnt so much this week with Zoom and would like to thank Corinne for our trial meetings and all those that joined a class this week. I had a few technical problems on Wednesday night but that was rectified by Friday.
Zoom for meetings is very different to running a fitness class and moving around. There were and will be times when it does not go quite to plan. I have upgraded my licence with Zoom so we will have more time to have a chat before and after class.
I will be offering FREE classes for the rest of January to get us all up to speed with technology and then in February I am inviting you to pay for a months classes for
A trial price of ONLY £20
I plan to run 4 classes a week, 2 x Pilates and 2 x Aerobics and maybe the odd “star” class which could be Bollywood or Salsa, see time table below.
This price is for everyone in a household…… not including pets.
Payment please by the end of January via my business bank account or Pay Pal. Details can be given by emailing myself, contacting me privately or picking up the phone (details below)
After payment is received you will then be sent a Zoom code to use for the whole month of February and you may attend as many live classes as you can – 16 in total.
If you would rather pay per class the cost will be £3 per class.
Cost, days and times are subject to change.

Small Pilates Balls

Just before I closed classes the last time! I purchased a few small Pilates Balls which many of you now have, please have your ball ready to use. You will also need a chair.
For those that do not have a ball these can be purchased for £5 and can be delivered locally by a “rainbow rider” or posted for a total of £8.

I just wanted to say again how good the class was this morning and how much I enjoyed it. I didn’t realise how much I missed it. Like Louise said you presented the class really professionally and it certainly didn’t come across that you had reservations about it (perhaps you were like a swan – appearing effortless on top although underneath paddling like mad! )

Have just finished your wonderful zoom class in the Isle of White, thank you so much.
Slippers are used to replace shoes inside. Whether it is about fashion, cold feet, or wanting to keep grimy boots away from the clean floors, there is a practical reason for people using slippers.
Apparently during lockdown the sale of slippers has gone through the roof. Working from home during a zoom meeting, posh on top, slippers under the table!
I am a real slipper girl but not during my zoom meetings.

It has come to my attention that most of us now say “keep safe” or “stay safe”, what happened to have a nice day?
How about stay positive, stay focused, stay smiling, stay in touch but most of all
