Dinner Time

A quick an easy mid week meal.

This dish can be made with cooked chicken or even meatballs. Reduce the oven cooking time if the meat is already cooked.

Boil the pasta with broccoli, spinach or veg of your choice. Make a cheese sauce by melting butter, adding flour to make a roux and then slowly add the milk. Season with a little salt and pepper stir until it thickens. Place the part cooked pasta and veg on top of the salmon, sprinkle with a little more cheese, cover with foil and bake in the oven for aprox 18 mins, removing the foil for the last few minutes to brown off the cheese.
