are you getting on with your STOPtober? dont worry if you have not had a
good start it is never too late to stop picking, stop buying food you
know you will be the one to eat it, stop pinching off the kids plates
etc etc.

With the indroduction of the pegs
at the scales we can now all follow the weight losses in our classes. I
have given out 2×2 stone and 1×3 stone certificates this month already
with many slimmer of the weeks one’s too.
When will you get yours ??

HAPPY seems to be the song in class at the moment, so are you?

Hungry  =  eat sensibly
Amount = portion sizes
Plate = change to a smaller one
Pop the cork = watch your alcohol
Your in charge = shopping, planning
