Hello everyone and are you missing me yet?
I am pleased to say I am feeling so much better.
Classes have been closed now for a few days but I hope you have kept yourself busy. The weather has certainly got a little better each day as last Monday I thought we had missed spring and already had summer.
Mowing the lawn and gardening are normally BH weekend chores but please find some time for yourself and your families.
First class back will be at Highwood’s on Thursday 10th @ 6pm for the weigh-in, 6.30 for exercise all welcome.

Royal Wedding Party and Guest Speaker
Friday May 18th is our Royal Wedding party and guest speaker day. Class will be as normal in the morning at Shrub End Hall with trainers and tiara’s or any other royal fancy dress costume that you would like to wear (lily).
Please note this is just a bit of fun so you do not have to dress up or go mad.
After class we will have our Royal lunch with tea/coffee/sandwiches and i’m sure lots of cakes, please bring in a small offering for the table.Carrie Ransom will then give us a talk from her book called Break your Bad Habits Before They Break YOU, Carrie is a Musculo-Skeletal Specialist. You are very welcome to come along just for the talk, present and past members are all invited and this is a free talk, this will start at approximately 12.30. The book will be available on sale for you to purchase for £6.50 but there will be NO pressure to buy.

Weigh-in, tea and coffee from 10am,
BC starts at 10.45am
Please bring a mat if you have one

a small towel and a bottle of water.
Please note: the class on this morning will not be an aerobic class but a
Body Conditioning class involving stretching to slow music both standing, sitting and on the floor.
