Midnight Walk

Sharing is caring!

Well Done and Thank you
Many congratulations to all the walkers form Saturday’s Midnight Walk:
What a wonderful evening and thank you to: Helen, Gaye, Stella and Liz for “performing” on the stage, and helping me to get over my nerves! YES I do get very nervous but then again I do every time I start a class, I know….. you find that hard to believe.
Thank you to Sue and Gail for their performance with 4 other ladies Clog Dancing, now that’s what I call a work out with fun, for more information on Clog Dancing please speak to Julie in Class or contact Sue directly on: 01206 240682
Thank you to Jim the only male Move 2 Lose member walking and giving out leaflets.
The only problem on the night was the DJ and yes for once Corinne found the beat better than he did, we both spent hours preparing music for the night only for it to go horribly wrong, but hey ho nothing stops me lol
Thank you to young Stella (16 years old) for not only performing on the stage but for keeping me company on the walk, we had a lovely time and shared stories and tears at the memory tree and chatted while we walked, loved her company.
What’s happening in class this week
Monday at Highwoods Body Conditioning, weigh-in from 10am BC starts at 10.45 and then again in the evening at Stanway School 7.30pm
Wednesday at Shrub End a visit from our new charity with a free gift for those attending, collection for this charity will start Monday 2nd July.
NO to plastic = Move 2 Lose
Plastic – we all know that this is a HUGE problem and I feel very strongly about this and have decided that I will no longer sell plastic water bottles in class.
Highwoods/Shrub End and Stanway School all have taps that can be used to fill your bottle in class.
Please support me in this decision and buy yourself a re-usable drinks bottle. I have purchased some bottles that are BPA free and very good quality and will be on sale for £3.90 each. PLEASE Say NO to plastic.
Man with a VAN
Tony and I have a friend called David (Dave) and he is currently working for himself clearing houses and helping with moving items that are too big or heavy for some to handle themselves.
If you are interested or need an “man with a van” speak to Julie or contact Dave on 07436003358 – please mention my name.
