HISTIO day “we did it” Hats and Blue

Sharing is caring!

A huge thank you for your support with wear it BLUE and HATS, I had so much fun and I hope you did too. We had normal hats, knitted hats, cowboy hats, mexican hats, turkeys, lady birds and many silly hats. Mostly ME !
Sharon, Suzanne and Michael have asked to me say a huge thank you for all your contributions during wear a hat, blue and the bring & buy sale.

I hope what we have done will make a huge difference helping with awareness and research and that this will help many more families in the future. I also know it has brought us closer as a group with personal detials being shared by Jaime, Sharon and her family.

Many of you thank me for what I do and I love every minute of my job but I could not run my classes and do these events on my own .I would like to this oppertunity to thank Corinne, Julie & Andy, Maureen, Tracey (tea lady) and of course Mum & Dad for everything they do. My partner Tony for his support at home with “what shall I do this week”.

I have chosen a hat winner, Linda Edwards from Wednesday mornings class made this amazing hat. The “keep out” symbols are Histio’s and the hair represents the hair Jaime lost, how fantastic is that. Linda covered both charities that this month has been all about.

Well done Linda £20 M & S voucher on  it’s way to you. xx

I will be presenting Jaime with her collection money on Monday morning at Highwoods and will continue with the Histio until the end of this week. Look out for the Gazette newspaper on Tuesday as we are hoping that they will cover the story and print photo’s.
