Good morning everyone and happy New year’s Day, now for Julie’s first task for 2018. Take the first letter of your name mine being J and choose a food that you will cut down and a food that you will increase on a healthy basis for the month of January.
J for less junk
J for more jelly
I love jelly and it is a great low fat dessert option.
