Goodbye to Members

Hello everyone.

I have started many of my news letters with welcoming new members however this week I say goodbye to those that have left Move 2 Lose.

This last few weeks we have seen the constant “fly posting” of posters by slimming world and the government bringing in GDPR both of which have or will effect my business.

Most of my new members come via word of month from you, and this I thank you for. I am having leaflets printed for the Midnight Walk and hope that this will let more people know that I am still running my classes and that exercise and healthy eating is the only way forward. If you have some spare time and could deliver a few leaflets for me at the end of June I would be very grateful.

Class price increases

There is never an easy way or right time but unfortunately I will be increasing the class fee as from Monday 9th July.

Weigh & exercise will increase to £6.30
Pay for 6 classes discounted to £36

Exercise only will increase to £5.50
Goal weight members increased to £4.80

With rising hall and business costs it has been necessary for me to make these price increases, thank you in advance for your understanding.

Body Conditioing

Yet again we had a full class for BC on Tuesday night last week.
The next BC class will be held Highwoods Hall on Thursday 14th June, more details next Sunday.

Charity Items

NO more milk bottle tops please. Two playschool groups in Colchester say a huge thank you for all your milk carton tops but NO more please.

TOWELS/ T Towels… needed for rags at local garages, bring into class please.

Thank you for all the handbags that have been brought in so far…keep them coming.

Eaton Mess….. how about Eaton Less calories….

Ingredients
100g each fresh strawberries and raspberries (or 200g mixed berries)
½tsp vanilla extract
4 meringue nests
500g fat-free Greek yogurt

Roughly mash the softened berries, then stir through the vanilla. Crumble the meringue nests into a separate bowl.
Divide half the yogurt among 4 small serving bowls. Swirl in half the berries, then evenly sprinkle with half the crumbled meringue. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, berries and meringue.
