Colchester Move 2 Lose

Colchester Move 2 Lose

Sharing is caring!

This week in class I dug out the bag of bands and wow what a response! Not all classes had the opportunity to use them but this will change in the new year with the introduction of the band in class on a more regular basis. Using a resistance band allows you a full range of motion while providing tension, helping you flex and grow your muscles.  Yes you may have had that “Marmite” moment but they are really good for you…….

I have now taken the charity pot away for this year as we only have a few books in the hall at the moment, but I do have £139.62 to add to our total on Tuesday, fingers crossed…..

Colchester Half Marathon – need a challenge for 2019?
March 24th 2019
Now in its eighth year, the Griffin Chapman Colchester Half Marathon has become established as one of the biggest and best races in the region. Organised by a group of volunteers from Colchester Colne Round Table, alongside some dedicated individuals from the Colchester community. For 2019 their charity partners will be MS-UK and Headway Essex. Sorry I am not a runner therefore I will not be taking part but I do have two very good friends (male) that completed this race for the first time last year and have offered to help with training if anyone is interested in joining the Move 2 Lose team.
