Members words:
It’s the end of the year and my last weigh-in at Stanway School class and I lost another 1lb, brilliant I hear you cheer but I was disapointed because I know I could have lost allot more during this year.
So I decided to measure myself and to my surprise I have lost 7″off my bust, 7″ off my waist and 6″ off my hips since I started your classes. I was very pleased indeed.
It just goes to show that you can lose whether it’s on the scales or results from your tape measure, thank you for your help Julie. x

Not been able to get to classes lately. Will see you in the New Year. Just wanted to say, how much I enjoy your classes. Your professionalism and that your enthusiasm spills over into the groups. You certainly inspire me. Also that you link in with charities which we can all get involved in. I couldn’t have wished to have joined a better group and get fit at the same time.

A funny stroy:
It’s the last week of classes and I am up town getting last bits and pieces for my wedding that you know nothing about lol… when I walk past a class member (she does not see me) and mentions the words “biscuits” I tapped her on the arm and said “I don’t think so” ha ha she then lept in with……. she was talking to her husband and reminded him they needed cat biscuits…..what do you think?
So just because you cant see me remember>>>>>I hear everything.

Samaritans say Thank you.

Dear Julie and Class members,

I would like to say a huge thank you to you all for the overwhelming generosity you have shown Colchester Samaritans by either donating or buying from Julie’s bring and buy shops in class! We are so grateful to you all and we are looking to purchase something special in recognition of Move to Lose and I am sure that Julie will keep you posted when the purchase is made!

The Bath Samaritans Branch will be sending out details soon of the 2018 National Walk so if you would like to consider visiting and walking around this beautiful city in June next year, I will keep Julie posted!

Lynn xx

Julie
