Please read carefully if you enjoyed the Body Conditioning last week:
Body Conditioning week!
With the scorching temperatures that we have had this past week it was lovely to be able to give you all a taster of Body Conditioning:
Some of you would have felt aches and pains in places that you would not normally feel during an aerobic class, it is good to use different muscles as your body get’s use to what you do on an every day basis.
The moves where slower and more controlled giving your muscles time to stretch.The meaning of Body Conditioning:  Designed to improve overall fitness and to shape and define the body.
With so much feedback how can I make this fair for everyone and not upset those that “it was not for them” please read carefully:
July & August
Body Conditioning Courses for those that have not attended before,
 part 2 will be held at at later date.
 
During the month of July I will be holding a Body Conditioning course on a Wednesday straight after the morning class 11.45 – 12.30.
The cost of the 4 week course is £30, there will be limited spaces.
July dates: Wed morning 5th,12th,19th,26th
 
During the month of August the Tuesday nights class will move from Stanway School to Shrub End Hall, this will enable me to hold a body conditioning course after the normal class.
The normal class time will change to exercise @ 6.30 – 7.15 and then the body conditioning course will run from 7.30 – 8.15pm.
The cost of the 4 week course is £30 and there will be limited spaces.
August dates: Tuesday night: 1st,8th,15th,22nd
 
You do not have to attend the class before to be included onto the course.
Please note that these course’s will involve getting onto the floor and using a mat therefore I am unable to let anyone attend that has back and neck problems. The course is different to what we have been doing in class this week, however I do intend to keep the stretches at the end of the classes in the future.

Throughout the month of September, Body Conditioning classes for all.
 
For the month of September I will be changing 2 classes a week to include Body Conditioning, so if it is not for you then you are aware before you attend what the class will involve.
OR
You may want to do an extra class, the cost will be the same as exercise £5.
The 2 classes a week will be one in the morning  and one in the evening, this will alternate throughout the month of September so that each class will be changed once to a body conditioning class.
Monday 4th Highwoods morning
Thursday 7th Highwoods night
Monday 11th Stanway night first class
Tuesday 12th Shrub End Morning
Monday 18th Stanway night second class
Wednesday 20th Shrub End morning
Tuesday 26th Stanway night
Friday 29th Shrub End morning
The course and class are different as the course will include nutritional advice and conditioning information. The class will be a warm up as usual and then the use of chairs/bands/mats and the stretches. There is no limit to how many can attend these classes in September.
