80 Years old and still exercising.

My daughter Kate introduced me to Julies exercise classes about 8 years ago and I have been a fan ever since. Classes are fun, members are friendly and a variety of activities are available, so one cannot be bored.
My body is now toned and a better shape, breathing and balance are greatly improved and I have also lost weight.
Bones are strong and arthritic joints still move.

Julie is a challenging and stimulating tutor and gives good advice and guidelines on nutrition and food choices. Class members support each other in achieving goals and personal challenges.
I attend 3 classes per week, and I am the oldest member.
Last year (2015) members joined me for my 80th birthday,
I hope to see you at the 90th.
