Harvest Festival Donations

Thank you so much for all your donations that will be taken to The Night Shelter at the end of this week. I popped in last week with the first donations. Please note they have a large amount of tinned items at the moment, if you would still like to donate items that are always needed are Cereals, Biscuits, cartons of drinks and snacks.

This will come to an end on Friday 6th October

Saying Hello and Saying Goodbye

It has been brought to my attention and I am fully aware that I do not always say “Hello” and “Goodbye” to you all personally. It may be that I am caught up at the scales, dealing with a new member, problem that has arisen, or unlike me chatting……
Next week I will try hard to be more Hello and Goodbye aware to you all.

10lb Weigh loss Challenge – Butterfly

I am so pleased to see many members take up this challenge . NO it’s not going to be easy, YES you have to put some work into seeing results, YES you may need to change your habits, and NO you do not have to lose the whole 10lb. Any weight you can lose, you will be a winner!
Colouring pencils will be in class for you to start your butterfly, support each other, share your results, encourage, help me to motivate you.

A little book to help you get back on track

If you are a new member you would have received this little book in your members pack, go and find it, read it and use it. If you are an exercise only member and would like a food plan to follow then this little book may be the motivational tool you need.
With only 6 pages it is packed with tips, meal ideas, recipes and snack suggestions.

Postage Stamps

Please keep collecting postage stamps and pop in the container in class or give to your cashier.
The charity that we are currently collecting for is the RSPB.
Maybe you could have a container at work and ask everyone to help, thank you.
